The employees were very welcoming and their service was quick and efficient! The place is comfortable and cool and eating an açaí bowl makes it better. I recommend going to Pulp in Polaris!

I want to give this a 3.5 rating based on the overall experience. The smoothies are some of the best in the town. Their Acai bowls are amazing. Tons of diffrent smoothies. When made right, these things beat Smoothie King out of the water. The issue I have is the help. It's hit or miss. In the mornings it's awesome. When the school kids come in after school and work it's a shit show. Today I ordered two very simple smoothies. There were two girls, probably teenagers or early 20's. They had two friends sitting at the bar hanging out. That's fine...accept I was the only one in the place. One of the workers was sitting up on the counter eating her Acai bowl with her friends. The other put my two smoothies in the blender, then made herself an acai bowl and blobbed up on the counter with her co-worker to hang with her friends lol. I just looked in disbelief as she finally realized she still had a customer in the store. Then she tries to pour the smoothie from the blender to the cup and spills it all over the place. 30% is on the counter and the rest in the cup or all over the side. Watching her navigate this gave me no hope in teenagers. I had to ask for another cup. She did THE EXACT SAME THING with the second one. LOL Both smoothies did not taste anything like they normally do. They were both super thick and just "off". The other girl was chatting with her friends about which song she should play next. Again, I really do like this place, but if I see these two girls working when I walk in, I will turnaround and walk right back out. If you're going to have highschool girls working, you should have a manager around to help them with customer service and how to make and pour smoothies into a cup. Just my two cents.

So my whole crew, including me, loves the Original Acai Bowl with peanut butter added (its skippy crunchy, I asked and I'm a convert from Jiff now). It's so refreshing and tasty. The açaí is cold and with granola and bananas on top and with the peanut butter all four of them together create the perfect bite each time. I've had their wraps too which are fine but are a little dainty but fine. But this five star review is all about that bowl which is a semi monthly requirement for us. I will add a picture next time we go.

The fruit was fresh and my boyfriend loved it !! I am glad it is only a few minutes from my place. Kinda tucked in at the shopping mall but easy to get to.

If your looking for a yummy smoothie look no further! My family absolutely loves the smoothies. My go to is ultimate açaí with an energy enhancer. My son loves the raging berry with a protein enhancer. The workers are always very helpful and super fast. Highly recommend as they have lots of options and customization.

This place is FANTASTIC !!!! Smoothies are delicious, staff is always friendly and smiling. They even stayed open after hours to make 4 smoothies for me when they could have said sorry we are closed !! The owners are super sweet. Please go support this small business in the LC community!

This restaurant is really great. The staff is really great, my smoothie was really great, and my wrap was really great.

Huge selection of smoothies, juices, fruit bowls, sandwich wraps and salads. This new location is just West of the Polaris Mall on East Powell Road right behind where the KFC/Long John Silver's is located. The service is fast and friendly. The smoothies are delicious!!!
